1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Rotepol Protocol interface, website, or smart contracts (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Description of Service
Rotepol Protocol provides a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform built on BNB Smart Chain (BSC), including token issuance, staking, governance, and related smart contract interactions. The Service is non-custodial — we do not hold your funds or private keys at any time.

Nothing on this website or within the protocol constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is for informational purposes only. Cryptocurrency assets are highly volatile and speculative. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before participating.
5. Risk Disclosure
Use of DeFi protocols involves significant risk, including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, market volatility, regulatory changes, liquidity risks, and loss of funds. Rotepol Protocol makes no guarantees of profit or protection from loss. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with your participation.

As Rotepol Protocol evolves, certain protocol parameters and policies may be subject to on-chain governance votes by $RPL token holders. Decisions made through the governance process are final and binding on the protocol. Participation in governance is voluntary.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our official channels. Your continued use of the Service after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
